Which shipping options are available and what are the costs?

For items available for immediate purchase, you may select from the following shipping services.

2- DHL Express

For Pre-order, Back-order, Made to Order and DIY items will ship on the estimated date noted on the product description page. These items will ship through Premium Express once they become available.

  • Embossed items will ship through Premium Express. Please allow 3-4 business days for your order to be delivered.
  • Due to shipping restrictions from the U.S. Department of Transportation, fragrances may not be shipped by air—please allow for additional time for delivery of these items. 
  • Orders containing fragrances and Décor products may be delivered only within the continental U.S. and cannot be delivered to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.  
  • Orders purchased through 4Gift are eligible for Premium Express Shipping only. Once the selection has been confirmed by the gift recipient, it will be shipped to the U.S. Address designated by the gift recipient at checkout.

How can I track my order status?

Once your item(s) have shipped you will receive a confirmation email where you will find a link to track your order. In order to check the status of your shipment just click on the link, here you will also have the option of opting in for text updates. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been delivered.

If you need further assistance tracking your package, please contact FedEx directly at 1-800-GO-FEDEX and provide your tracking number.

Are there any delivery restrictions? Can I ship internationally?

The following delivery restrictions apply:

  • Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels, freight forwarders or to any address outside of the United States. To bill an order to your APO/FPO address, please Contact Us
  • Items purchased from the Website can be shipped Worldwide 
  • Items can only be shipped to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location. 
  • Due to shipping restrictions from the U.S. Department of Transportation, fragrances may not be shipped by air. Please allow for additional time for delivery of these items. 
  • Orders containing fragrances and décor products may be delivered only within the continental U.S. and cannot be delivered to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. 
  • Python and crocodile products may not be shipped to California.

How do I use the Collect In-Store service?

At checkout you will be able to select Collect In-Store when choosing your shipping options. The new complementary delivery method is available at select stores by following three easy steps.

  • Add your item to your shopping bag
  • Choose Collect In-Store as your delivery method at checkout
  • Select the store of your choice

Once your order has arrived, we will notify you when it is ready to be collected. You will have 14 days to collect your order – an appointment is not required, just inform a Client Advisor once you arrive and they will guide you through the process. If it is not collected within this period, your order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued.
